The handstand is a full-body skill that requires attention everywhere from your fingers to your toes. That means controlling your body placement, muscular tension, breathing, and even your eyesight is crucial in achieving steadiness on your hands.

To further your progression, and also to develop good habits, I'm a huge proponent of conditioning and mobility work. We'll incorporate elements of yoga, gymnastics, calisthenics, and even circus arts to ensure you have a body capable of a lifetime of handstands.
