Many people spend months and years kicking up against the wall hoping for the best, but the most effective way to learn your handstand is through training specific technique and having a spotter to guide you. End all the wasted effort and truly find your balance in this class.

Classes typically begin with a warm-up with conditioning and flexibility drills. We’ll then dive into various entries into handstand (kick-up, tuck-up, press-up, etc.) and learn how to hold your shape with proper alignment. Throughout the class, the instructor will provide instruction and tips that is specific to your practice and your body.

This is a small, semi-private class (max. 15 people) for the purpose of individualized instruction. All experience levels welcome.
